Auto Actions Notification Email

Question

How can I change the notification email sent to customers limited by Auto Actions for Hive and how can I set the notification to be send to an administrative email also?

Answer

For now we have implemented a simple way to handle this by altering the following email template file:

/home/1h/etc/multistats_tmpl_mail

Here is the sample content of the file:

SUBJECT:Account suspended!
BCC: admin1@mydomain.com, admin2@mydomain.com
BODY:
Account %s suspended due to high server resource consumption!\nPlease contact admin immediately!

Where:

Important: Note that the client notification email will be send to the cPanel account contact email. This email address is set in /var/cpanel/users/<USERNAME>. If there is no email defined there the notification will be sent to the administrative email set for WHM. If there is no such email either - notification will not be sent.
