Auto Actions Notification Email
How can I change the notification email sent to customers limited by Auto Actions for Hive and how can I set the notification to be send to an administrative email also?
For now we have implemented a simple way to handle this by altering the following email template file:
Here is the sample content of the file:
SUBJECT:Account suspended! BCC: email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org BODY: Account %s suspended due to high server resource consumption!\nPlease contact admin immediately!
- SUBJECT: is the desired subject for the notification email.
- BCC: can be used to send Blind carbon copy to your administration email. You can enter multiple emails here, separated by commas.
- BODY: is the body of the email message you would like to send. You can use standard html email codes such as \n for new line.
- The variable %s stands for the cPanel account username and will appear as the cPanel user for which the notification is sent in the email.
Important: Note that the client notification email will be send to the cPanel account contact email. This email address is set in /var/cpanel/users/<USERNAME>. If there is no email defined there the notification will be sent to the administrative email set for WHM. If there is no such email either - notification will not be sent.
